Location: Remote (Brazil). No visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on team needs and drive efficient hiring strategies.
  • Refine search strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified AWS-focused candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Own compensation negotiations and closing calls to secure top talent.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience specializing in cloud technical and non-technical roles (engineers, architects, PMs).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing roles, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience generating and reporting on hiring KPIs.
  • Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Experience working in a technology consulting or professional services environment.
