What you will do

• Develop soft goods products, including pattern drafting, sewing process methods, and standard hour/line tooling documentation.
• Analyze and resolve unexpected manufacturing problems during production.
• Supervise sample makers to manage sample development from sketch through production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Clothing Technology & Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in toys or garment manufacturing (or consider fresh graduates willing to learn and build a long-term career in this industry).
• Good English in writing and reading (CET-4 or above).
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and garment-related tools (Corel Draw & Gerber System).
