What you will do

• Build cost and CO2e assessment models to establish sustainable design standards for components.
• Lead engineering qualification for ME parts of PWS products, ensuring sustainability and feasibility.
• Collaborate with worldwide functions and suppliers to identify and implement CO2-saving technologies.
• Debug and resolve issues related to new sustainability materials, including dimensions, assembly, and EVT failures.
• Perform detailed analysis, documentation, and testing of mechanical parts and assemblies using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design for high-volume consumer electronic products.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of plastics, moldflow analysis, injection tooling, and molding processes.
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools: DOE, FMEA, PSS, and Tolerance Analysis.
• English: Good command of writing and speaking required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English speaking.
• Rich experience in moldflow simulation and stamping tooling.
• Previous experience working within a foreign-funded company.
