What you will do

• Lead the full-process development of new product molds, including design, trial, modification, and final acceptance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as DFM reports, mold specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze mold faults on the production floor and develop effective repair and optimization plans.
• Collaborate with internal production, quality departments, and external suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage the unified lifecycle of molds produced both internally and by external vendors.
• Conduct technical assessments and scheme reviews to ensure compliance with manufacturing process requirements.

Requirements

• Education: College degree or above in Mechanical Design, Material Forming, or Mold Design.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in precision plastic or stamping die design and engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Creo and AutoCAD, with deep knowledge of mold structures, tolerance fits, and material characteristics.
• Problem Solving: Strong on-site analytical skills to independently resolve abnormalities during mold testing and production.
• Language: Good English reading and writing skills are required.
