What you will do

• Design mechanical components, assemblies, jigs, fixtures and automation machine structures.
• Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software following GD&T standards.
• Support installation, commissioning and mechanical setup of new production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, vibration, alignment and wear issues.
• Implement robotic solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual handling.
• Collaborate with automation suppliers to define requirements and validate solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in CAD design software (SolidWorks, Creo, Revit, or AutoCAD).
• Basic understanding of DFM, tolerance stack-up and mechanical failure analysis.
• Familiarity with safety standards for automated systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be based in Kunshan, China.
