Salary: TWD 2,175,000 - TWD 2,901,000.

What you will do

• Lead APQP and PPAP activities for electromechanical and thermal assemblies.
• Conduct supplier process and quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
• Oversee thermal validation, corrective actions, and field performance improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary bridge between Taiwan-based suppliers and US engineering/supply chain teams.
• Define and validate thermal test protocols for GPU server assemblies and cooling systems.
• Manage complex supplier quality programs and documentation including DFMEA/PFMEA and Control Plans.

Requirements

• Mandarin Chinese: Native or near-native proficiency required.
• English: Business-level communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering or manufacturing quality experience in the Taiwan hardware ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with thermal component manufacturing (heat sinks, TIMs, cold plates, fans).
• Demonstrated experience leading APQP and PPAP processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA HGX H100/H200 or Blackwell GB200 platforms.
• CQE or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of liquid cooling loop design and pressure drop analysis.
• Experience with OpenCompute Project (OCP) hardware standards.
