What you will do

• Implement innovation ideas and lead CMF technology projects to enable product diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes at early stages of development to define critical requirements.
• Investigate and validate new surface finishing processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, ID, and ME teams on material selection and qualification.
• Manage and partner with molding and CMF suppliers to ensure smooth mass production (MP) for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Conduct supplier audits for new technology and cost evaluation of existing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a CMF/ME engineer.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics, sports goods, or related sectors involving molding, painting, printing, and plastic decoration.
• Expertise in material technology, including plastics, metals, composites, and flexible technology.
• Experience with color/appearance management and finishing processes like painting, printing, and In-Mold Decoration (IMD).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Skilled in ISO auditing and proactive supplier partnership management.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese.
• 3+ years of experience managing suppliers in high-volume production or small-batch manufacturing.
