What you will do

• Define and lead the design vision across onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention flows.
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product designers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align design strategy with business objectives.
• Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing and behavioral data insights.
• Establish design processes, standards, and quality bars across growth-related product surfaces.
• Represent design at the leadership level to influence product strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success designing and scaling growth-focused experiences such as onboarding and conversion.
• Experience leading and developing design teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong product thinking with a track record of impacting activation, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and iterative, data-informed design.
