What you will do

• Support global recruiting and onboarding processes through compliance checks and data quality monitoring.
• Provide first-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, resolving user inquiries.
• Manage global shared inboxes for system and process-related requests.
• Collect and validate recruiting and onboarding data to support KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare and analyze HR datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with global HR teams on system enhancements and testing activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Systems Support.
• Experience with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience reporting on large datasets using Excel.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data protection requirements.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
