What you will do

• Oversee operational and strategic HR Services activities across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global priorities and transformation goals.
• Coordinate and support HR Services teams across a diverse multi-country network to foster capability growth and engagement.
• Ensure reliable and compliant HR service delivery with a focus on customer experience and process consistency.
• Harmonize HR support for manufacturing teams, including onboarding and consistent support for hourly associates.
• Contribute to portfolio simplification and centralization efforts to refine service models and resources.
• Build strong relationships across EMEA locations to understand local needs and represent the HRS function.

Requirements

• Experience delivering consistent, high-quality HR service outcomes across a broad regional landscape.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams within a matrixed environment using influence and partnership.
• Strong inclusive communication skills to build trust across diverse cultures and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HR technology and data, specifically Workday and Excel.
• Availability to travel 15–20% across EMEA.
• Must be based in Romania.
