What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for over 1,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and validate payroll sheets, including deductions, garnishments, and special adjustments.
• Handle legal salary updates and collective salary increases.
• Issue salary certificates and manage tax-related documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to maintain accurate employee records and headcount reports.
• Provide support to employees by resolving payroll discrepancies and explaining wage matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and/or Payroll roles.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
