What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of new global sales incentive programs.
• Manage monthly and quarterly data checks, payment calculations, and participant communications.
• Oversee governance processes, including approval workflows and committee structures.
• Act as an advisor to management on best practice design and implementation considerations.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports for the Executive team to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Reward, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure efficient payment processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Experience in managing sales incentives, preferably in professional services.
• Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
