What you will do
- Support the design and administration of salary structures, pay policies, and annual bonus processes.
- Oversee the administration of insured benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Ensure all programs comply with local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
- Audit compensation data to identify and resolve pay disparities.
- Serve as a first point of contact for Tier 2 inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide advice and develop training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR, compensation, or benefits experience in EMEA.
- Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Solid grasp of HR principles, legal regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
