What you will do

• Support the design and administration of salary structures, pay policies, and annual bonus processes.
• Oversee the administration of insured benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure all programs comply with local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
• Audit compensation data to identify and resolve pay disparities.
• Serve as a first point of contact for Tier 2 inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide advice and develop training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR, compensation, or benefits experience in EMEA.
• Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Solid grasp of HR principles, legal regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
