What you will do

• Manage and resolve complex HR cases throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Process and validate HR data within Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain Time & Attendance systems and ensure data integrity.
• Provide advanced HRIS support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, IT, and Legal teams on specialized matters.
• Coordinate with external vendors for payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience working in a tiered HR shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Romania.
