What you will do
- Support day-to-day Inside Sales activities for the SA&I sales representatives.
- Manage and maintain CRM records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and actionable insights for sales strategies.
- Handle invoicing and contract renewals to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Coordinate project dates and follow-ups to ensure proper revenue recognition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations, preferably within FMCG.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Must be based in Shanghai, China.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in a cross-country environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and Python.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
