What you will do

• Update daily transaction records for over 350 customers using Salesforce and inform KAMs of sales trends.
• Manage customer contract updates, handle pricing inquiries, and configure billing logic in Salesforce.
• Oversee the issuance of ID credentials and access requests for new and existing customers in the Qapter system.
• Conduct monthly financial closing, including revenue reports and invoice reconciliation with the Finance team.
• Generate customized monthly usage and claims reports for importers such as BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales organizations, specifically within SaaS or PaaS companies.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (good command required for corporate communication).
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Beijing.

Nice to have

• Experience in collision claims management within the automobile insurance sector.
• Experience in the automotive repair sector, particularly Body & Paint.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
