What you will do

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the Chennai Operations team for Low-Touch deals.
  • Manage the end-to-end communication process, including sending quotations, following up on approvals, and delivering contracts.
  • Handle post-sales support, including invoice inquiries, corrections, and proof of payment requests.
  • Assist with contract redlining and documentation for renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure clarity and accuracy in all customer-facing communication in Korean.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Account Support to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Korean (required) and English (business level).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and accountability.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a global or regional sales support environment.
  • Exposure to invoicing processes, purchase order workflows, and customer query handling.
