What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the Chennai Operations team for Low-Touch deals.
- Manage the end-to-end communication process, including sending quotations, following up on approvals, and delivering contracts.
- Handle post-sales support, including invoice inquiries, corrections, and proof of payment requests.
- Assist with contract redlining and documentation for renewals and new business opportunities.
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in all customer-facing communication in Korean.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Account Support to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Korean (required) and English (business level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and accountability.
