What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Oversee payroll operations managed by external vendors to ensure consistent service quality.
• Monitor payroll controls, reconciliations, and audits to maintain compliance.
• Manage team resources, workload distribution, and capability development.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on workflow improvement.
