What you will do
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and territory needs to identify prospect pain points.
- Nurture and grow relationships with strategic partners to incorporate products into their offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and IT directors.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales within complex manufacturing domains (CPQ, CRM, PLM, or ERP).
- Proven track record of selling services as part of integrated software solution offerings.
- Strong consultative selling skills to align software capabilities with customer needs.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in negotiation and closing with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Must be based in the United States
