What you will do

• Manage day-to-day investment duties for physical equity index and synthetic swap-based ETF portfolios.
• Monitor fund performance, NAV reconciliation, attribution, and risk exposures.
• Perform rebalance calculations and execute trades for underlying equity and swaps via brokers.
• Build and optimize bespoke tools for daily analysis and risk monitoring to increase scalability.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Sales, and Distribution teams to answer client queries and RFPs.
• Ensure strict compliance with UCITS and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing physical equity index or synthetic swap-based portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA preferred) and Bloomberg.
• University degree; professional certifications such as IMC, CFA, or CAIA are highly valued.
• Deep understanding of index calculation and ETF trading in primary and secondary markets.
• Knowledge of replication models (physical vs. synthetic) and UCITS regulations.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
