What you will do

• Facilitate a seamless trading environment by supporting ETF Market Makers, Authorized Participants, and trading desks.
• Monitor market quality and build out surveillance and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with portfolio management on creation, redemption, pricing, and rebalancing activities.
• Manage the ETF listing process and maintain relationships with exchanges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders regarding ETF facts and updates.
• Analyze regulatory filings and competitor research to support business development.

Requirements

• Relevant financial services experience, with prior ETF capital markets experience highly desired.
• Advanced quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate complex investment concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong philosophical alignment with Dimensional’s investment strategy.
