What you will do

• Own and coordinate high-quality quarterly and annual investor reporting, including factsheets, NAV, AUM, and fund KPIs.
• Prepare materials for customer boards, valuation committees, and due diligence requests.
• Maintain and improve fund-level data sets using Excel and Power BI to reduce manual error and automate reporting.
• Build, update, and review DCF valuation models for renewable assets and SPV structures.
• Monitor portfolio risks such as liquidity, debt covenants, hedging, and fund mandate constraints.
• Support fund-level cashflow forecasts and respond to external valuation audit requests.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in fund management, portfolio management, infrastructure, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modelling capability, specifically with DCF, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Solid understanding of private fund management processes, including NAV reporting and governance.
• Experience with renewable energy, real assets, or venture/growth investment analysis.
• Proven ability to create high-quality investor-facing outputs.

Nice to have

• CFA qualification.
• Exposure to Asian markets or multi-jurisdictional portfolios.
