What you will do

  • Strategically drive the design process across key programs within the PlayStation Partners team.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, engineers, and researchers to integrate multiple workstreams and ensure engineering handoff quality.
  • Partner with design leadership to establish and maintain roadmaps based on business priorities.
  • Cultivate design thinking, lead workshops, and advocate for user-centered design.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and drive prioritization to maintain momentum in delivery.
  • Own strategic artifacts that keep the design team connected to the broader business context.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of design program management experience in technology or creative environments.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise / B2B software products.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale design programs in partnership with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design and technical requirements to various partner groups.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple evolving workstreams.
