What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and detailed technical specifications.
• Analyze APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architectures in collaboration with architects and developers.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and requirement sign-off.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT execution.

Requirements

• Must be based on the US East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida)
• Experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications including APIs and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
