What you will do
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and detailed technical specifications.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architectures in collaboration with architects and developers.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and requirement sign-off.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT execution.
Requirements
- Must be based on the US East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida)
- Experience in business analysis and requirements management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications including APIs and data mapping.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
