What you will do

• Translate stakeholder discussions into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs within JIRA and project documentation in Confluence.
• Support Agile delivery activities including PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and create reporting dashboards using Tableau.
• Develop leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations and executive communications.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to independently create high-quality user stories and requirements documentation.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products or mobile applications.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments is preferred.
