Business Analyst

TL;DR

Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred). This role requires onsite support for a U.S. Government customer.

What you will do

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and metrics frameworks.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the integration lifecycle.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
• Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree (or 7+ years of relevant experience).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.
• ITIL, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certifications.
• Experience with agile requirements management.
