What you will do

• Define strategic roadmaps for Databricks-based projects and prioritize high-ROI AI features.
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business logic and technical implementation for engineering teams.
• Orchestrate regular communication between engineering teams and key customer stakeholders.
• Lead QA and UAT processes to ensure technical delivery aligns with business strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading data or AI projects.
• Strong background in business strategy and the impact of AI on decision-making.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with C-level executives.
• ROI-centric approach to process improvements and measurable business impact.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience building strategic dashboards in Tableau, Mode, or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Python programming language.
