TL;DR
Group Head of Finance (Finance Transformation/ERP): Leading and transforming an international finance function across reporting, payables, receivables, treasury, and payroll with an accent on scalable operating models, controls, automation, and systems improvement. Focus on post-acquisition integration, redesigning finance processes, strengthening data flows, and leading a 25+ person multi-location team through complex organisational change.

What you will do
- Lead a 25+ person, multi-location finance function covering Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll.
- Strengthen the finance operating model, including organisational structure, process ownership, controls, systems, and scalable ways of working.
- Redesign, standardise, simplify, and automate core finance processes and systems while improving data quality and control.
- Establish SLAs, controls, KPIs, and data-driven continuous improvement practices.
- Lead post-acquisition finance integration across reporting, controls, systems, data, and operating practices.
- Develop finance leaders, allocate resources across business-as-usual operations and transformation, and advise senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualified experience in senior finance leadership.
- Experience leading sizeable, multi-functional finance teams across multiple locations, disciplines, and jurisdictions.
- Deep operational knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll.
- Track record of finance transformation, including process redesign, automation, systems improvement, controls, governance, and process ownership.
- Strong finance systems capability, including translating operational requirements into systems design; ERP transformation experience is required, with Workday experience advantageous.
- Experience leading organisational change, acquisition integration, or work within a larger parent or group finance structure.

Hiring process
