Finance Transformation Manager

What you will do

• Lead and support transformation and optimization projects across the finance department.
• Analyze, improve, and standardize end-to-end finance processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Purchase-to-Pay.
• Implement and develop ERP and finance systems while digitizing reporting and controlling.
• Design and implement automation solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA).
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, IT, and external partners to drive efficiency.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics, or business information systems.
• Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting, or project-focused finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes and optimization.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
• Fluent in both German and English.
