What you will do

• Act as an embedded member of the Audio leadership team and influence commercial strategy and key business decisions.
• Own Audio gross margin performance across revenue, pricing, cost of sales and investment decisions.
• Lead budgets, forecasts and long-range planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop pricing strategy, evaluate revenue initiatives and shape trading deals and commission models.
• Drive cost optimisation, financial governance, data integrity and a single source of truth for Audio performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while partnering with Group FP&A and the Reporting Hub.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in a commercial, subscription or advertising-led environment.
• Experience influencing senior commercial, Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record in financial performance, margin improvement and value creation.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability, including pricing, commercial models and cost optimisation.
• Experience evaluating revenue initiatives, trading deals and commission structures.
• Commercial awareness of media, advertising and audio or podcasting markets, with a collaborative leadership style.
