What you will do

• Assess technological and manufacturing feasibility for new product introductions.
• Create and maintain work plans and bills of materials in PPS.
• Optimize production processes and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct time studies according to REFA standards to determine production costs.
• Act as the primary contact for assembly-related problem-solving.
• Train new team members and ensure compliance with HSE and ISO regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and VAVE methodologies.
• Familiarity with REFA standards for time studies.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and translate them into production plans.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Czech Republic.
