What you will do

• Provide first-level people leadership in a frontline manufacturing assembly setting and coordinate daily team activities.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within established guidelines and procedures.
• Drive manufacturing assembly goals by guiding, coordinating, and evaluating team work.
• Maintain high quality standards and efficient production processes, using production metrics to measure progress.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to improve throughput and cycle time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
