What you will do
- Provide first-level people leadership in a frontline manufacturing assembly setting and coordinate daily team activities.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within established guidelines and procedures.
- Drive manufacturing assembly goals by guiding, coordinating, and evaluating team work.
- Maintain high quality standards and efficient production processes, using production metrics to measure progress.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to improve throughput and cycle time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to effectively support, engage, and motivate team members.
