What you will do

• Deploy the global Supplier Quality Strategy across the APAC region to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs).
• Drive the effective closure of Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs) to improve supplier QMS.
• Act as the regional process owner for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Conduct advanced data analysis and trending of quality data to identify systemic issues.
• Cultivate and strengthen strategic supplier relationships across the APAC footprint.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 5 years in Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).
• Proven experience leading and managing geographically dispersed engineering teams.
• Expertise in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies (8D, 5-Why) and AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Capability Studies, and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Baguio City, Philippines

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Quality Auditor (e.g., AS9100 Lead Auditor, CQE).
• Practical experience with NPI methodology.
