What you will do

• Define and implement maintenance systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop and maintain equipment operating procedures and training curricula.
• Facilitate breakdown occurrence and quality improvement projects.
• Manage spare parts and cost-to-maintain metrics.
• Implement automated systems for root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Monitor daily KPIs and dashboards to ensure performance targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge of semiconductor processes or material science.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in equipment engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
• Proven ability to lead data-driven problem-solving and risk-based analysis.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
