What you will do

• Provide 24x7 line support to resolve assembly process issues.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to ensure operational visibility.
• Conduct risk assessments and scoping for new processes and products.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for line and customer issues.
• Drive continuous process capability improvements and establish strong process controls.
• Characterize new processes and material changes to ensure stable production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge of semiconductor processes or material science.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience in DACA processes, including characterization and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Technical expertise in analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
