What you will do

• Set up line support to ensure 24x7 coverage for assembly process issues.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to maintain performance visibility.
• Conduct risk assessments and scoping for processes and products.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for line and customer issues.
• Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process controls.
• Characterize new processes or material changes and implement necessary controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge of semiconductor processes or material science.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in Die-Attach processes, including characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, MRAT, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
