What you will do

• Register and process customer technical complaints and inquiries until final closure.
• Generate and maintain 8D reports, complaint history, and performance dashboards.
• Manage inbound customer communications via calls, emails, and conference calls.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Contribute to the EEN (EOS/ESD/No trouble found) reduction program.
• Support local Customer Service Centers with logistic complaint documentation.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Quality Management.
• Knowledge of semiconductor failure analysis techniques and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies including 8D, 3x5Why, Ishikawa, and risk assessment.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Cabuyao.
