What you will do

• Monitor and supervise supplier quality performance using SQI, scorecards, and quality tools.
• Lead 8D analysis, discussions, and corrective action closures for supplier-related issues.
• Conduct annual supplier audits (QMS/Process) and monitor supplier SPC performance.
• Manage Supplier Process Change Notifications (SPCN) and NMR/blocked stock resolution.
• Interface between plant operations, end users, and suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Generate performance reports and support product transfers and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably a licensed engineer.
• Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in supplier quality.
• Strong leadership skills to drive supplier quality improvements and management plans.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, molding, plating, and extrusion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
