What you will do

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts through strategic research.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and assess business fit.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, personalization, and prospecting productivity.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build new business relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to execute account strategies and grow the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft.
• Must be based in the LATAM region.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity industries is preferred.
