What you will do

  • Conduct cold calling, networking, and research to qualify B2B prospects.
  • Generate initial interest and present hirify.global as a viable business partner to financial decision makers.
  • Collaborate with the BDM team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified prospects.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and perform administrative tasks in accordance with company processes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry of all sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with decision makers.
  • Strong interest in Sales within the financial services and fintech sector.
  • Driven, tenacious, and self-motivated with a desire for career advancement.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
