Salary: $99,000 - $142,000

What you will do

• Oversee biweekly payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Review and approve payroll runs and validate compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR, Stock Administration, and ADP to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and payroll-related GL entries.
• Support year-end reporting, W-2 filings, and new state payroll tax registrations.
• Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Extensive payroll experience within a public company.
• Experience with ADP is required.
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting principles and general ledger (GL) transactions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
