What you will do

• Execute bi-weekly and semimonthly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce of 3,000+ employees.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and validate inputs including earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.
• Perform payroll reconciliations between systems and the general ledger to identify and resolve variances.
• Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with HRIS and timekeeping platforms.
• Partner with HR and Accounting to manage leave calculations, benefit deductions, and year-end reporting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing for a large, multi-state workforce.
• Deep knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and wage and hour laws.
• Analytical capability to perform reconciliations and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS, and timekeeping integrations.
• Ability to work onsite in La Grange, KY.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
