What you will do

  • Process payroll transactions, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies using standard practices.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support payroll-related processes and data alignment.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with payroll audits and year-end activities like W-2 preparation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, HR operations, or finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation techniques.
  • Foundational understanding of payroll processes and basic compliance requirements.
  • Must be based in the United States.
