What you will do

• Lead the marketing function as the senior voice, managing brand consistency and alignment with the CCO and commercial team.
• Own the events programme, coordinating 5–7 annual European trade shows and the hirify.global on Tour roadshow series.
• Drive marketing and sales operations via HubSpot, including email campaigns and automation.
• Manage social media channels, including scheduling, copywriting, and community engagement.
• Create digital and visual assets using Canva or Figma and brief external freelancers for larger projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing with a track record of working independently.
• Proven experience in B2B event coordination (trade shows, roadshows).
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools.
• Strong design eye and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for events.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
