What you will do

• Localize and execute marketing campaigns via HubSpot to drive lead generation.
• Plan and manage online and offline events, including trade shows and webinars.
• Create and adapt local content, including videos, white papers, and social media posts.
• Manage B2B social media campaigns on LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and conversions.
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and ROI to ensure marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with local sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must be located near Hertford, UK, and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
• First professional experience in marketing, content creation, and lead management.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for events and trade shows.
