What you will do

• Lead and develop the Key Account & Partnerships team in Hungary, setting priorities, ways of working, and performance expectations
• Own strategy, performance, and commercial growth for the Key Account & Partnerships portfolio
• Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic merchants and partners as the senior commercial owner
• Identify growth opportunities, improve retention, and optimize portfolio profitability via regular business reviews and commercial initiatives
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and bespoke commercial models to strengthen hirify.global’s market position
• Coach the team, maintain high commercial standards, and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and track performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in fintech or technology
• Previous people leadership experience in sales, account management, or partnerships
• Proven ability to manage and grow complex commercial relationships
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgement, and an ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Comfort using data, portfolio insights, and commercial metrics to drive action
