What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on acquisition, development, and retention.
- Drive outbound sales activity to generate new leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Deliver against quarterly and annual targets for revenue, EBITDA, and NPS.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations and develop detailed account win strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce (SFDC).
- Coordinate the migration of customers from legacy copper networks to alternative products before December 2026.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills are required.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in telecoms or technology.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, or Pega.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in Budapest, Hungary.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business, Economics, or Telecoms Engineering.
- Additional European language skills (Italian, French).
