Location: Hybrid (Budapest, Hungary). Must be based in Budapest (hybrid working model: 3 days office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Implement International pay plans and incentives to align with business objectives and MTP targets.
- Design and govern sales incentive frameworks based on industry best practices and principles.
- Establish sales goals and productivity metrics using quantitative analysis of territory potential and performance.
- Coordinate with reward, commercial finance, and marketing teams to ensure effective incentive schemes.
- Manage bonus calculations and system improvements using Varicent and Global Targeting systems.
- Onboard new colleagues regarding the sales pay plan structure and expected sales behaviors.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience transforming sales methodologies for organizations of approximately £2bn.
- Proven track record in sales excellence and growing business portfolios.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and building cross-cultural teams.
- International experience and proficiency with sales tools and business analytics.
