Location: Hybrid or Remote within Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, or Germany

What you will do

  • Define and own the lifecycle framework, including customer segmentation and behavioral models.
  • Improve activation and onboarding flows to reduce time-to-value for hosting and SaaS products.
  • Lead retention initiatives to identify churn drivers and implement proactive prevention programs.
  • Design cross-sell and upsell programs to increase attach rates and expansion revenue.
  • Execute and optimize automated journeys via email, in-product messaging, and control panels.
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging and timing to improve conversion and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth, or retention strategy.
  • Proven experience in subscription, SaaS, or digital product businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable lifecycle programs.
  • Experience designing customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
  • Proficiency with lifecycle tooling such as HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hosting, domains, or subscription platforms.
  • Experience managing lifecycle programs across multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models.
  • Experience with usage-based segmentation.
