What you will do
- Own the end-to-end CRM platform selection, implementation, and integration across multiple reward apps.
- Define and execute the CRM strategy and channel roadmap (push, in-app, email) to drive business goals.
- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys for onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop behavioral segmentation and personalization frameworks using A/B testing.
- Monitor and improve core performance metrics, including activation, retention, ARPU, and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate CRM into the overall product experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably in mobile apps, gaming, or subscription-based consumer businesses.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms and campaign automation.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring user activation, retention, and long-term value.
- Proven track record of scaling lifecycle programs via experimentation and segmentation.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Must be based in or able to work in Hamburg, Germany for the hybrid office model.
