Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (Office: Tue-Thu, Home: Mon/Fri)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end CRM platform selection, implementation, and integration across multiple reward apps.
  • Define and execute the CRM strategy and channel roadmap (push, in-app, email) to drive business goals.
  • Design and optimize lifecycle journeys for onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Develop behavioral segmentation and personalization frameworks using A/B testing.
  • Monitor and improve core performance metrics, including activation, retention, ARPU, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate CRM into the overall product experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably in mobile apps, gaming, or subscription-based consumer businesses.
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms and campaign automation.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring user activation, retention, and long-term value.
  • Proven track record of scaling lifecycle programs via experimentation and segmentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Hamburg, Germany for the hybrid office model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Braze or OneSignal platforms.
